Candle Care & Safety

To enjoy your candle safely and maximize its burn time, please follow these guidelines:

  • Trim the Wick
    Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to prevent excessive smoke and ensure a clean burn.

  • Burn Time
    Do not burn your candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time to avoid overheating.

  • First Burn
    Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface during the first use to prevent tunneling.

  • Placement
    Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, flammable objects, and out of reach of children and pets.

  • Extinguishing
    Use a snuffer or gently blow out the flame. Avoid using water to extinguish.

  • Remaining Wax
    Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom to prevent overheating.

  • Never Leave Unattended
    Always extinguish the candle when leaving the room or going to sleep.

At Living Light LLC, our story began with a divine calling. Last year, we experienced a profound spiritual awakening that transformed our lives in ways we never imagined. A few years ago, the thought of running a business seemed far from our minds, but everything changed in April 2024. One day, while I was in the kitchen cooking, God placed an idea in my heart: "Make candles and include Bible verses." This simple yet powerful inspiration sparked a journey that has brought us here today.I began researching, started small, and gave the first candles away to friends and colleagues. Fast forward to now, and we’ve grown in ways we could never have predicted. We’ve embraced the opportunity to attend markets, meet amazing people, and, most importantly, talk about Jesus. This is the heart of our business—to spread God’s word and serve as instruments to help those who are lost find their way back to Him.As strong believers, we view sharing what we know about Christ as our utmost responsibility. We believe that God gave us this idea to reach His people in a creative and meaningful way. Each day at Living Light LLC begins with prayer and praise, honoring the God who has given us everything.
